About the tomb
This tomb is, also, located on the western part of Panagitsa hill, just below a modern-day chapel, which is located at the top of the hill, and after which both the tomb and the hill were apparently named. It is part of the second group of tombs and is contemporary with the tombs of Kato Fournos and Lion, which date back to around 1450 BC.
It is made of larger and more regular stones, with lintel constructed in such a way that it allows it to fit the inner curve of the dome. This monument, also, had a Kufic triangle, a facade of chipped isodomic almond stones and a road lined with dry stones.
